If your marker is leaking from the frame. Check the items below in the order shown, moving from one item to the next until the leak is gone.Reference the manual as needed

- Unless stated, all o-rings are NBR70

Issue:
Adjust LPR Pressure:
  • Using a 1/8 inch hex key, set the LPR adjuster screw to default by turning the adjuster screw outwards (counter-clockwise) until it's flush (in-line) with the front-most part of the LPR cap. Next, turn the adjuster screw 2 full turns inward (clockwise)

Zick2 Rammer Assembly:
  • After removing your bolt, remove your Ram cap then pop out the rammer. Next, wipe it down & replace the o-rings listed below. Apply a small amount of Eclipse gun oil to each of the o-rings before reinstalling

LPR Assembly:
  • For this next step & the ones that follow, you'll need to disassemble your Ego11. If needed, check out the video below for step-by-step instructions. Once you've accessed your LPR, disassemble and wipe down the components. You'll want to check the internal LPR body o-ring & the reg seat which is also located inside the LPR body for damage. Replace as needed. Apply a small amount of Eclipse grease to each of the o-rings before reinstalling. Additional LPR o-rings are listed below for reference.

    • #19 - Adjuster Screw: 007

    • #22 - Piston: 013

    • #25 - Body (External): 14x2 or 016 (x3)

    • #26 - Body (Internal): 010

Valve Assembly:
  • With your LPR removed pop out the valve assembly & inspect the Valve Guide o-rings & Exhaust Valve Plug for physical damage. Apply a small amount of Eclipse gun oil to the o-rings. Incorrectly reassembling can also cause an issue.

    • #68 Valve Guide & o-rings: 013 (x2)

    • #04 Exhaust Valve (White or black delrin plug

Ego11 Disassembly:
Solenoid:
  • Barb & Hose:

    • With your marker disassembled & the solenoid exposed, check the manifold barb & confirm it's seated firmly, then inspect the barb & the low pressure hose for damage. Replace if needed

  • Solenoid Gaskets: Check that the solenoid gaskets (manifold & solenoid valve) are seated correctly & not damaged.

    • With the solenoid exposed, remove the two M1.7x16 mounting screws (Phillips head) from the solenoid valve

    • Remove & inspect the solenoid gasket (between the manifold & valve), wipe it down, check it for damage & replace if needed. Apply a small amount of Eclipse grease before reinstalling & ensure it lays flat

    • Next, using a 5/64 hex key, remove the 3 M2.5x5 screws holding the manifold to the body

    • Remove & inspect the manifold/body gasket, wipe it down, check it for damage & replace if needed. Apply a small amount of Eclipse grease before reinstalling & ensure it lays flat

    • Be sure to clean the manifold area & ensure it's free of dirt & debris then reassemble your marker.

  • Solenoid Valve:

    • If after reassembling you still have the same issue, try replacing your solenoid valve
